Description

Every single weekend, a whole bunch of temporary A-frame signs are erected on the corners of the intersection of St. Clair W. and Avenue Road. These signs advertise various condo developments. The signs:
- do not display a permit number (and therefore probably don't have a permit)
- are located on public property (parks) and often block the sidewalks
- are located nowhere near the business they advertise
- are located in the sight triangles extending 15 metres from the intersection of two major thoroughfares, presenting a hazard to drivers and pedestrians

I believe theses signs are illegal for all of the reasons listed above. Please refer to 311 folder 12 135899 dating from more than a year ago.
