The issue is my apartment in particular. There are plumbing problems with the apartment over us. In the bathroom specifically, maintenance has been here to "fix" the issue twice within the last month. Finally on April 27th the ceiling tile in the bathroom dropped 4 to be exact. Now we have had a big gapping hole in the ceiling. You can see right up to the plumbing to the bathroom upstairs and it still leaks. I have photos and video from this day.
Also i believe there is a mold issue you can smell and see it, when the landlord Mr. Todd Everitts was notified of this he says and i quote " Theres mold in every building,mold shouldn't be an issue" when told there are children in this unit he shrugged it off as no big deal. There are other families here with children that im concerned about. This hole has been up here for about 3 days now.
