Description
At the entrance to Vera McGowan Park there is a rock with a metal plaque describing Vera McGowan. The four screws holding the metal plaque have been removed, and the plaque is sitting on the ground against the rock. I'm concerned someone is going to take the plaque so I think this needs to be looked at right away and reattached to the rock is a much more secure way perhaps. Thank you.
