Can't help but note that Colchester seems to be very very lax about private advertising signs that are placed along side roads and higways thu out the town. If a matteress store is going out of business they should not be alowed to put a dozen or more signs up. Town vehicles to include police dont; seem to care about the violations. both local as well as Vt's billboard laws.Suggest they are read up on the laws.
