Description

I would like to note car parked on sign that says "Zone 1 & 2 Resident Permit Parking Only, 7am - Midnight, Monday thru Sunday." Includes Sunday even if 311 says they don't work on Sundays? Do signs mean nothing in DC? Note additional pictures.
