Description

Brook Road from Westbrook into the Jackson Ward area and from the Jackson Ward area back to Westbrook is in dyer need of re-paving. The street is being torn up for utility work and the patches are unleveled, the right hand lane all the way down is like a roller-coaster, and the holes and bumps will throw any car out of alignment in a days time. Going back to Westbrook the left hand lane is also like a roller-coaster. I understand this can not be done until the utility work is complete but this road needs serious repair and re=paving.
