Animal control has still been unable to catch the dog. The dog has been crossing the street and wandering the block scared and hungry. It will not let anyone approach it as it is determined to stay right where you left it you piece of crap. Can you imagine, the dog still wants YOU to come get it...even though you abandoned him.
