Description
A tree fell on my home and my neighbor's home on June 25, 2012. The debris was eventually removed. However, the City of Richmond has yet to complete the landscaping or grading for the space left when the tree debris was removed. The land is an unlevel dirt pile and is now being used by the neighborhood cats as their personal litter box. This is unsanitary and emits a foul odor when the weather warms up. I notice where other trees that have been fallen or removed have been replaced on Missouri Avenue and Highland Street. But it's been almost a year and nothing has been done in front of my home. The attached photos show also where the curbing was damaged when the tree and debris were removed.
