It is not I who needs to caution. It is the vehicle barreling around the corner Without regared to human or machine. They fly around the corner like they are in NASCAR - no yellow flag in site.

Maybe it will take a child on a bike, someone walking their dog, or a head on collision by someone rounding the corner too fast for the request to be taken seriously. This is a cut thru to avoid Main St. However, what I don't understand is with the number of accidents at Main and Whitehall why anyone would want to cut thru here to face that intersection. I see the close calls rounding this particular corner at Whitehall and Butler. A mirror will be of no value, it is also the motorist responsibility to obey the traffic laws - speed limit here is 25 mph NOT 40 mph Thank you for the suggestion.

Just another point -- try entering your driveway by making a right with someone on your bumper disregarding the turn signal. Or put your turn signal on slow up to an almost stop to turn left into your driveway and the impatient or oblivious person behind you assumes you are turning at the corner. It is only a matter of time before I get rearended trying to enter my driveway.

Why NOT call the township w/ your concern(s). They seem valid enough that you feel you are in danger from other drivers. "If" u get hit, u can sue the township.

The concerns of this neighborhood fall upon deaf ears. Even with our attempt with the little 'caution' men it was viewed as 'an invasion of little green men'. So be what it may - hopefully someone will finally see these concerns as valid before something serious happens.
