Description

04/24/2013 outside storage of junk, scrap and vehicles, Prestige Scrap & Metal, 6120 N. Shepherd Dr. Houston, Texas.

Noise coming from large loading grappler machine located in center of scrap yard while working to load dump trailers with junk autos and other scrap stored outside.

City of Houston Ordnance 28-34 prohibits scrap yards to be within 300’ of an existing church, school or residence with “open storage”.

Prestige Scrap & Metal is within 300’ of existing residence(s).
