Description

Potholes on Laurel Road are horrible! The City had been out 3 times this year to fix this Street. They do a "Temporary Fix" They spred ground up black top and grade it a little, and the first rain it washes out! Wasting Tax Payers Money ! FIX IT RIGHT PLEASE!
