This is one of those unfortunate issues where I am going to close it but only because someone took it upon themselves to paint over it with a non-matching color so now GPC won't come and paint it with the matching color. It was painted over with a purple paint and looks almost as bad as the graffiti. Please folks, your intentions may be good but if you can't match the paint let the professionals do it. Have a little patience. My experience has been that GPC usually cleans these tags up within a week or less when reported (with some exceptions). Let's work together for a nicer neighborhood!
