Description

04/23/2013 Junk cars, trucks and other assorted scrap and or junk items stored outside on property. Mid-morning 04/24/2013, loud crashing and banging noise coming from Prestige Scrap & Metal located 6120 N. Shepherd Drive.

Noise coming from large loading grappler machine located in center of scrap yard while working to load dump trailers.

City of Houston Ordnance 28-34 prohibits scrap yards to be within 300’ of an existing church, school or residence with “open storage”.
