Description
There are several out-of-state contractors working on the two houses here. They're pumping water into the street year-round, causing ice hazards and potholes. They don't have any permits. They work MOST on Saturdays and Sundays to avoid city oversight.

Re Terry:
The entire street needs resurfacing from beginning to end.
How do you know no permits were issued at these worksites by the way?

The water hazard is ongoing, and irresponsible. The street is being worked on, end to end. There wasn't a pothole last summer. Those guys pumped water out of their property all winter long, and a pothole formed. Also, the sidewalk was completely iced over.
They didn't post permits, and so I asked them about it. They ignored my question, but packed up for the day. I checked with the clerk at Building Permits last week. They're working without a permit.
