There really is no need for a no right on red sign/requirement at this location. It is not a busy intersection and there are no visability issues. Also if you are on sixth and attempting to go right onto Commerce, the wait time for the light to change is long, and once it does change, there are often pedestrians you have to wait for before your vehicle can go because their crosswalk says walk when your light turns green. When there are pedestrians some vehicles miss the light and then the cycle starts all over again.
