Description

Traffic light at Grand Avenue and Music Square West badly needs its timing adjusted. Music Square West was designed for outbound traffic from downtown. During the morning rush hour, this one way street has virtually no traffic, but there is plenty of cross traffic on Grand. Cars on Grand wait 3-4 minutes with NO oncoming traffic at all. The light should be a trip light to accommodate travellers on Grand going to work in the Vanderbilt area.
