Description
Last year, you wrote an article about "Transfer Vehicles causing chaos" on Bond Street at St. Michael's hospital. If you take a walk around the hospital, you will see that there is in fact no parking available for patient transfer vehicles. Bond Street is the only place where vehicles can park while loading and/or unloadig patients. Every week, we receive 4-6 parking tickets from the same by-law officier, even though there is no where else where we can park safely. We are looking for some assistance in bringing this issue to the attention of City Hall. We are looking for City Hall to designate 4 spots on Bond Street as a "Patient Loading Zone" rather than a no-stopping zone. Patient transfers happen 24 hours a day. We need a designated parking area where patients are safely loaded and unloaded. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. Thank you.
