Traffic is now to heavy on the main roads. open this road up to make it flow better. The main roads just can not handle the extra volume. Creek Roader will just need to deal with some extra traffic for the good of the community.

I agree with the community. This road needs to be open. People are suffering with an extra 20 minutes of commute time now. This is bad for them and the extra pollution from the cars is bad for the environment. The people on this road will just have to contend with extra traffic.

If traffic needs to come down are road to lighten things up on the main road then let them. I'm ok with some extra traffic for the greater good.

The road is not actually closed. Many people already use Creek Rd as a cut through. I also never said that I minded the traffic - in fact I already deal with it everyday. I was only trying to explain what I think the reason is for the sign. As far as I am concerned, Creek Rd is a public thoroughfare, and can be used by anyone - as long as they take it slow and careful, and mind the right-of-way on the one-laned bridge.

The bridge construction is finished and this issue is now obsolete.
