H&H Residential and Elm City Apartments is owned by the same person - so it was a transfer of title. the real purchase happened in 2006, and probably either a typo or a bulk purchase price for multiple homes. Neighborhood Properties was Saturn Rentals at one point, i believe.
17 edgewood is a multi family apartment building that may have gone for a high amount, but not that high... i believe that was the purchase price of an entire portfolio, not just one house.

I see. The same figures, dates, and parties are listed for 21 Edgewood Ave. Though between these two properties there are six units. Bubble land?

to my knowledge of the area, this was a large portfolio (Saturn rentals) sold for $3.6 million - so i think we can close this - though feel free to re-open and send to reporters if you'd like
