Gap or Crack in Pavement dangerous enough to cause serious injury to bicyclists or motorcyclists at the entrance to The Barons Apartments 2101 US Highway 80 East, Mesquite, TX 75150. A few years ago a bicyclist was paralyzed in Mesquite on Lawson Rd after his front wheel went into a similar crack causing a crash and breaking his neck. This crack is large enough to cause harm to motorcyclists, motor-scooter riders, or bicyclist. It could cause tire or wheel damage to a car. It may be a liability to the City of Mesquite.
