Tuesday April 16th, just before noon. Septa Construction or Maintenance truck idling outside WaWa. Driver outside of truck talking 15 minutes or more. Day was warm, certainly there was no need to waste expensive diesel by keeping the engine running. The fumes and noise were each quite unpleasant. Philadelphia area air is bad enough without wasteful idling/pollution from Diesel vehicles.
