I just spoke with someone from my HOA management company, who reports a major challenge experienced our janitor who takes out the trash at our building. He needs to leave it out in the street, but we do not have a curb space to do so, meaning he just has to hope there is an available on-street space in front of our building on trash pickup days. We are a 98-unit located at 630 Thomas L Berkley Way (b/w San Pablo and Telegraph). Can we get a curb space painted?
