Description

There is an unregistered junk pop up camper at this location. It has no marker plate, has a patch of ugly black spray primer paint on the side, a broken/missing tail light lens, flat tire and misc dents. This can be seen from the street and is quite ugly and looks like blight in my opinion. Also without a marker plate/unregistered means that no tax is being paid to the town of Plainville. Tax Assessor, please take notice!
