Actually what would work better is to have only one direction of traffic moving at a time; so whether you are making a left, right or going straight you could just keep moving and the other 3 directions are stopped. Especially if you are westbound on 926 and someone is turning left, there isn't room to get around them so you can potentially sit there through an entire cycle and go no where. Also southbound 352 should be no turn on red.
