Coming from Grove St. to River St. the view is blocked by a garage on the left hand side of the turn. River St. is a one way street, which emboldens drivers to not slow down for the blind turn. Anyone that happens to be biking, skating or walking up River St. toward Grove St. is in dire danger of getting hit head on by an oncoming driver. There is no sidewalk on River St. so pedestrians must use the roadway. There are no warning signs or speed bumps to alert the drivers to wake up and slow down.
