Description

Drivers on Van Dyke north and south do not wait for a red light and do not wait for traffic to clear before making a turn on red. They cause through traffic to brake from 40 MPH to 5 MPH in less than 40 feet. Then these people wait in the right lane blocking traffic while waiting for traffic to clear so they can enter the expressway or to use the crossover.
