Description
Due to wide streams of street flooding, during school months students cannot board bus without getting feet wet. Also if cars are parked on street, residents cannot get into cars without getting feet wet.
The drainage in this area is very poor.

Residents in the area with flooded basements and damaged furniture caused by street flooding due to poor drainage system will seek legal advice in the matter of sueing the city for personal lost. The City of Vineland was made aware of this problem long before the posting of this complaint five months ago.

Problem has not been resolved. I have lived here over 20 years tolerating street flooding conditions. Three years ago city officials stated the problem was going to be corrected in a couple of years, years that have come and gone. All of my children attended middle school and high school from here jumping streams half as wide as the street to board the bus. Yet taxes go up each year just to beautify a dying center city (Landis Ave).
