Nowhere on Hughes Ave west of Burbank does there exist a speed limit sign. Residential areas are limited to 25mph. Every single day cars zoom by at upwards of 40mph. There are young children in this neighborhood, someone is going to get hurt badly. Would the city please enforce the speed limits and please put up speed limit signs along this route? Not much to ask in order to save a life. Please!
