An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 4/15/2013 with deadline of 4/25/2013. They will follow-up to ensure this issue is resolved.

Please explain how this is fixed? Nothing was done.

The whole area is covered in poison ivy. No one has done anything to alter the state of this yard. If the violations have been cleared, I'm curious as to what they actually were. The poison ivy is coming through into my backyard and it is getting worse by the day. I urge you to take a second look.

Upon inspection of the rear property line earlier this week, our inspector will be sending out a notice to address the vines encroaching the rear property line. The deadline will be approximately May 17, 2013.

This is our next-door neighbor and the property has just been sold. I just met the new buyer yesterday. He is a builder who will renovating and reselling the property. He said he'd already received the "welcome to the neighborhood" notice and has every intention of complying and cleaning up the overgrowth before re-selling the property. What David T. reported about the poison ivy is true. It is way out of control. It comes over into our yard as well and we're constantly spraying it. Still, our cat gets into it and shares it with my husband who is highly allergic. I'm hopeful this will get fixed. The new buyer was very nice so I think he will be as good as his word to take care of it.
