Dead trees and trees leaning over from last feb. storm 0n my cable and electric wires

As of 5/17/11 one tree has been cut in front lawn on 11/20/10 with all the limbs and tree parts still on ground with weeds starting to grow over two feet tall looking bad not improving property . Grass gets a token cut with no triming of weeds growing everywhere.

grass is cut but tree that was cut down in Dec. has all the branches all over with weeds over three feet high growing around it.

person did clean up part of front yard if not kept clean will respond
