City repaired the corner but the stretch of sidewalk north of the corner remains hazardous as the concrete is broken and uneven. Serious trip hazard.

This condition was reported over two years ago without resolution -- this latests example of putting someone in a wheelchair at risk is a terrible indictment of the city and the need to repair infrastructure.
