Description
Pigpen needs to be cleaned up by the landlord and/or tenant. Tenant "doesnt care if the place falls down." Its not his house. Landlord should step up! Ruining what used to be a pretty nice street. Saugerties needs to get tougher on landlords, as Kingston has!

What exactly are the tenants doing, besides the fireworks, which I haven't heard since the summer?
First, contact the landlord. You can look up their names in the village tax registry. If the landlord refuses to do anything, and the tenants are doing illegal activity then call the police. Get your good neighbors together, since, I would think, they're tired of the crew, too, and agree to all call the cops when the 43 Monty people step out of line.
On my street of mostly homeowners, we had some bad tenants in rentals. Loud music, screaming, drug dealing, you name it. Every one of us got tired of it, and called the cops at least once a week. The lousy tenants got the message, and eventually moved.
