Description

A very smelly U.S. Park Service garbage struck, plus forklift equipment is constantly stationed immediately south of the "Ellipse Visitor Pavilion". Smack besides a sidewalk that is trafficked by visitors as they walk between the White House and the Washington Monument. Surely a better place can be found to leave this truck.
