Description

Making use of the crosswalk to get across Main Street near the corner of Cherry Hill Rd is very dangerous. We need one of those "stop for pedestrians" signs in the center of the road like you see on Main closer to the green.

(Some speed limit enforcement would be nice too)

Despite white painted crosswalk lines, cars do not stop even if you are already crossing. The road is very wide there as well so it is not uncommon to start walking when there is no car approaching and then have a car come along suddenly at a high rate of speed while you are in the middle.
