Description

205 FREDERICK St. - A restaurant has been operating for.more than a year without a permit or a CUP (A RH 3 building), and did major construction without a permit. In addition, they are applying to be a limited restaurant but don,t meet the definition. No permits. No CUP. Illegal subdivsion of the property. No fees paid to the city. This has to be brought under control. The offender is Bacon Bacon, primarily a food truck business. Please investigate and litigate.
