Description

People are regularly seen carrying / wheeling tightly-packed bags and carts filled with recycling. Much of this material is most-likely stolen from the surrounding neighborhood's bins. The barely-manageable loads appear pre-sorted, like a choreographed and strictly-controlled assembly-line. They're probably heading to the recycling center on Bayshore Blvd to cash in their haul.
