3 dogs (a small long hair dog, a Rottweiler and a husky cross) roaming the neighbor hood. Called last fall to report my 3 yrs old was charged at by the small one in our yard. to the Torr. P. Dept. and they sent "a possible" owner.' Not the dog warden. Very aggressive dogs!!!! The other day the husky cross did the same. Leash the dogs!!!!!! Next step is an attorney and the State Dog Warden.
