I'm sure that along with the grand plans for eventually re-merchandising the train station, a flower stall will be included. Flower stalls in commuter train stations are just so handy! Would it be possible to try attracting somebody to run a flower stall in Union Station? It'd sure be a nice addition.

This is a great idea. Someone should suggest this to one of the Chapel Street vendors.

I'd like to see Anette the Flower Lady run it.

That would be awesome.
Wonder if she's capable.

not that i don't admire her enthusiasm and perseverence, but the flower lady's flowers are just the heads of carnations with no stem wrapped in paper. you can't even put it in a vase, and for a dollar?
if she ran a more traditional flower stand, then sure.

I'm glad to see that this has support! But let's take Raoul or Anette, the florists. If we put them in Union Station, their own business location was just destroyed from it's existing location.
We can use this as an opportunity to create a new job or two with new florists.

There was a florist at the Union Station they went out of business. As most people find unless you sell coffee and cheap food you will not make much money at the railroad stations.

Did anybody ask the Florist on Chapel about this?
