Description
I gave up on this issue after writing a letter to the Gazette that was published, and to my state senator.
Basically, the lanes were still grooved, and looked as if they still needed some major prep before blacktop was put over the grooves, and the project was deemed "finished." At first I kept thinking it was an unfinished project. If they were supposed to come bac to finish it, they forgot. A couple of years ago. I challenge you to drive on Great Seneca Hwy and show me another road like it anywhere. Only road I've ever driven on like it.

Great Seneca Highway (MD 119) is maintained by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). You can reach SHA at communications@sha.state.md.us
Thank you,
DHS

What's the purpose or the site? Drive on Great Seneca Highway, and then tell me it's resolved.

My state senator told me two years ago she contacted SHA and they were "surprised" and "looking into it."
SHA should have to answer as to why the spent huge amounts of tax payer dollars to perform such a shabby, horrendous job. Were the workers paid in alcohol? The work appears to have been done by people who were drunk. Or were they trainees? Was this practice? If so tax payers are still waiting for the real workers to come and do the job right.

Hi,
We just brought this employee at DOT DHS on the back end of SCF and he was cleaning up data. He's a very nice gentleman and deserves a chance.
Thanks,
Ben
