For many who are visiting Boston and Cambridge, this is their portal to these cities once they leave the Mass Pike. It would be nice to welcome people in a way other than presenting them with people who are begging for change.

Fix the traffic light timing, and there would be less incentive to panhandle in the traffic jam.
The DCR can start by putting a loop detector in the hotel's exit road. There's no reason to waste part of the green for hotel traffic when there isn't any.
