03/31/2013 Here’s an east-bound vehicle veering into the west-bound lane to avoid the bump. The pic also shows the gravel in the west-bound bike lane.

Comments: There is damage to Umbria Street due to utility work at the intersection with Parker Avenue. Many east-bound drivers are veering into the west-bound lane to avoid the bumps.

04/04/2013 The bumps have been kind of patched. But the gravel remains on the bike lanes and roadside. Guess that fixing one out of two is pretty impressive for Philly.

04/13/2013 So now construction machinery is parked on Umbria with traffic cones blocking the east-bound bike lane. The bike lanes are still covered with gravel. Typical Philly.

This issue has finally been fixed.
