I frequent downtown and today took the cake, not only were several cars blocking the left turn lane in front of the dance school(they were parked), I was blocked in by a lady who parked in front of me blocking the right turn lane and a hydrant, she ignored me when I tried to tell her she was parked illegally and blocking me in, as I sat, 2 officers and a walking meter maid went passed like nothing was going on. This is a potential danger to drivers, walkers and emergency vehicles. Why does it seem like it is never enforced, if it was it wouldn't happen so much, right?? And yes, I did try to contact the correct people to ask the same question, no answer..amazing! Picture shows the first car to line up, as a few minutes went by 3 more parked.
