Description
There's two small dogs from this house that have been running throughout the neighborhood for the past week. They run up on women walking their children and/or leashed dogs. Whether their in their yard (unleashed) or running around, they're constantly barking. Hopefully, Animal control can stop by and eduction the owner about the leash law and barking ordinance.
