I COMPLETELY agree. I work in an office on center street and we see kids flying by all day long down the sidewalk. Numerous times customers leaving have almost been run down. leaving work entails going through the one way light at n orchard and i have almost had kids hit the side of my car because they do not even slow down to check for lights and signals. The other problem is, even if they're not on the sidewalks, we see kids skateboarding and riding their bikes down the yellow line of the street too! I've worked for this office for years and have never seen it so frequently as i do now. I really wish cops could take time to start enforcing action against these kids because no exaggeration, the day one of them collides with a car, they're going fast enough for a fatality.
