Description

This reported a couple of weeks ago, now the limb is dangling over the street, Whalley Ave, broken edge side down.

I guess the City can wait for it to fall to the ground, onto something or someone.

This limb was stuck up higher in the tree for a few months but each storm, windy day it has moved lower in the tree canopy.

I drive under it everyday as do thousands of others.
