the stone wall between west chestnut and mcentee on broadway is in need of repair. if you look closely near the broadway light the wall is bulging. i have called the dpw about this and was told it was the homeowners responsiblity. i don't know how that could be. please everyone look at this wall before broadway in trouble. watch if it rain hard you can see the water coming through the rocks
