when it rains hollywood blvd is flooded. when are we going to get this issue resolved? they redid the road all the way to the beach, but not on our side of presidential circle. why did they stop there? this has been a problem for many many years.

Thank you for your e-mail to Mayor Peter Bober regarding your concerns with flooding along Hollywood Boulevard. We forwarded your e-mail to the City's Department of Public Utilities Engineering & Construction Services Office for their information and response, and City Engineer Jonathan Vogt advised the following:
"Drainage infrastructure is being incorporated into the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Roadway Improvement project scheduled to begin construction in June 2011" which should help alleviate the flooding.
