Description

There are no City trash receptacles to speak of in the area from Park Street to Capitol Avenue, including past Laurel. These get knocked over and removed for whatever reason, but never replaced. The result? Trash everywhere. Mortson Street has no public trash cans on either end anymore, and there is space on the sidewalk designated for this, both at corner of Putnam and Park Terrace. This garbage would never be tolerated in Downtown. It shouldn't be acceptable in Frog Hollow either.
