Description

The storm drain at the corner of High Street and 3rd Ave
in Rensselaer is higher than the pavement.

When there is heavy rain or melt off of snow, the water runs across the road, instead of into the storm drain.

Several times the road has become icy, because of this and has caused a few accidents.
On 3rd Ave at this intersection, is where the School Bus stop is to pick up the local children. High St,Rensselaer,NY 12144,USA
