Description

A huge, deep depression in the road has developed directly in front of the driveway of 11 Rockland Place. Late last fall, city utility crews dug up the road here in order to install water and sewer connections for a new house being constructed directly across from 11 Rockland Place. After several months of winter weather, a huge depression has developed at the site of this digging, and it is a big hazard to residents who drive on this road everyday.
